Voyage

The road to healing is a winding path, a journey through the labyrinth of the soul. There were days when the weight of the world pressed upon my chest, and the thought of rising seemed an insurmountable feat. In those moments of darkness, I felt the heavy cloak of solitude shroud my spirit, yet I held on, clinging to the fragile threads of hope.

The world, in its enigmatic way, has a peculiar tenderness. If you but endure through the night, it will gently coax your eyes open to the promise of a new day. It may sound surreal, but it is a truth etched in the fabric of existence. With renewed vision, you behold the world through a different lens, a kaleidoscope of beauty and resilience.

Emerging from the depths, you begin to perceive the world with a newfound clarity. You realize that countless souls had been calling out to you, searching for your presence, their voices lost in the echoes of your own despair. The beauty of the journey lies in the revelation of the love that had never ceased to surround you, even in your darkest hours.

I do not claim that life becomes a utopian dream once you emerge from the shadows; the scars of the past remain etched upon your being, a testament to the battles you have fought and the victories you have claimed. These scars are the threads that interlace the fabric of your identity, the imprints that unite us all in the communal human encounter.

In this realization, remember that you are not alone. We are all adorned with the marks of our struggles, and it is through these very scars that we find communion with one another. They are the invisible threads that bind us in a tapestry of empathy and understanding. So, as you journey through the ebb and flow of life, may you find solace in the knowledge that you are never truly alone.

  1. Just when I think you couldn’t possibly be better you some how are. This is one of the most beautiful yet poignant oratorical pieces of prose I have ever read. You have such a sweet heart and soul Bia. I am speechless to coming close to describing how I feel at this moment after such an evocative piece. Thank you for sharing this with me
