Storm

To the naked eye, it was nothing more than a sudden rain, but within, it roared like a tempest. The world outside seemed calm, with droplets gently tapping against windows and leaves, a mere inconvenience to passersby. Yet, inside, the storm raged with an intensity that belied its quiet exterior.

Each drop was a torrent of emotions, cascading through the heart and mind, creating waves of turmoil and reflection. What appeared as a gentle drizzle on the surface masked the swirling chaos beneath. This storm was not of the skies, but of the soul—an upheaval of feelings that threatened to overflow and drown the unspoken words and hidden fears.

The beauty of the storm lay in its paradox, a serene facade masking the fierce power within. It was a reminder that what we see is often a mere shadow of the depth that lies beneath. Just as the rain nourishes the earth, so too does the tempest within nourish the spirit, forcing growth and transformation through its relentless force.

In the quiet after the storm, there is a profound stillness. The heart, having weathered the tempest, finds peace in the aftermath. It is in this silence that one truly understands the depth of their strength and the resilience of the human spirit. For in facing the storm within, we discover the calm that follows, a testament to our ability to endure and emerge stronger. 🌧️❤️

  1. This is one of the most eloquent ,intuitive , evocative and poignant word paintings enveloping at least two subjects many dare to approach . Truth and fear of the unknown . I love your use of the word tapestry when defining cerebrally challenging thesis’s. You’re a true creative artist . Visual art we both know requires a total gestalt few fully comprehend. A reasonable facsimile there of would be claiming to know all about color never haven’t red Jonathan Ittens book that fully explains it completely . Like the knowing that Impressions is primarily based on sophisticated math therom . I’m done bloviating Bia. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
