Poetry is the Blood in My veins

I began to write poetry when I truly understood its essence. Poetry is not bound by rhyme schemes, iambic pentameter, or alliteration. It is not confined to exquisite word choice, intricate meanings, or melodic rhythms. Poetry is the blood in my veins, the pulse in my wrist, and the marrow in my bones.

Poetry is the thoughts that dance through my mind, the music that reverberates within my heart, and a sliver of my soul captured in verse. It is the raw, unfiltered expression of my innermost being, transcending the mere mechanics of language.

Poetry is the lifeblood of my existence, the unspoken truths that shape my reality. It is the bridge between my deepest emotions and the world, a testament to the human experience in all its complexities. In each line, I find a piece of myself, immortalized in words that speak to the very core of who I am… ❤
