Borderless

We have broken up the earth into yours and mine—your nation, my nation, your flag, his flag—this particular religion and that of the distant man. The world is divided, fractured. And for this, we fight and wrangle, while politicians exult in their power to uphold these divisions, never seeing the world as a whole. They lack a global mind. They neither feel nor perceive the immense possibility of a world without nationality, without separation. They cannot grasp the ugliness of their power, their position, and their sense of importance.

They are just like you or anyone else—only they occupy the seat of power, driven by petty desires and ambitions, perpetuating, as humankind has since its beginnings, the tribal mindset toward life. They do not possess a mind unbound by issues, ideals, or ideologies—a mind capable of stepping beyond the divisions of race, culture, and the religions that humanity has created. 😞
