Everywhere I have been
The people are looking to be free
Inequality is a global phenomenon
Men and women, rich and poor, nature versus us of course
It is everywhere you turn
The 1st world and the third
Love, equality under the law and information for all
They are part of the things we deserve but don’t get much
Unguarded desire is slaying us in droves
All efforts to amend has found old scars in new sores
Every solution has become the problem it came to solve
All systems become corrupt in our flaws
The old and the young
One is afraid to let go, the other has no place to run
No one is listening, we all have too much to say
Some of us are grieving, we are dreaming our lives away…😞
