I stand here with steady feet,
At the place where land and sea meet.
I have myself—and myself is complete.
Alone, and I do not care;
I am enough to carry from here to there.
Two feet, two hands, a solitary heart.
Upon my shoulders, my burdens do not part.
I do not wish for my day to rain less—
Only that I might shed consciousness painlessly.
Endlessly, the land stretches beneath me,
The sky fills my eyes perpetually.
I am at peace with my being,
Yet still I seek meaning.
Where I must go requires careful selection,
For one step holds enough momentum to shape my direction.
And once the path is carved, I cannot divorce—
Bound to the echo of that single course.
So I remain, unmoved,
Here at the place where land and sea are fused.
Too hesitant to step forward,
Too proud to retreat… ❤️🌊
