Do not regard your body as a mere lump of flesh composed of seven elements. It is a sacred vessel—a noble instrument. Within it reside all holy places, divine beings, sacred mantras, and the source of every extraordinary power in this world. God dwells in the body. He is as fully present in you as He is in the highest heavens.

Why exhaust yourself searching for Him in distant places, when He resides in your own heart? Live your life as you normally would, but give Him the central place in your daily actions. Whatever your religion or philosophy, do not reduce yourself to a foolish, weak, or insignificant being. Do not invite decline and despair by viewing your body as godless. And above all, do not commit spiritual suicide by diminishing your divine essence through flawed understanding.
