Impermanence

The leather covering my flesh has no plan. It is a mere vessel, a transient shell that houses my essence. Each crease and scar tells a story, but none of them are permanent. They are fleeting imprints of moments that have come and gone, like whispers in the wind.

I walk through life knowing that everything is temporary. The joys, the sorrows, the triumphs, and the failures—all are but passing phases in the grand tapestry of existence. This realization brings a strange comfort, a liberation from the chains of permanence. It allows me to embrace the present with open arms, to savor each breath and heartbeat as a precious gift.

In this ephemeral journey, I find beauty in the impermanence. The fleeting nature of life makes each moment more poignant, each connection more meaningful. I am a wanderer in a world of constant change, and though my path is uncertain, I am at peace with the unknown.

For in the end, it is not the permanence of our flesh that defines us, but the transient moments of love, kindness, and courage that we leave behind. And so, I move forward, unburdened by the weight of forever, cherishing the now, and finding solace in the truth that everything is temporary. 🙏🏾❤️
