I did not know that I would end up here.
Here where the hummingbird does not sing.
Here where people do not smile.
Here where people come to when they are lost.
Here where no one sleeps.
Here where the forgotten ones come to be remembered by the dead.
Of course the irony here–and everywhere this mindset exists–is that the whole scene is shot from the doorway. So yeah, glum resignation is an option, but so is just stepping back a few feet and–presto chango: you’re outside! The Space, the sky, is just a step or two backwards, away from proximity and identification. Step back and see this place for the repetitive thought-form it is. And yeah, maybe you will find yourself back in that same damn foyer again and again, with no real idea of exactly how you ended back up here again. Still, the song remains the same: take a step or two backwards. Change your perspective. Broaden the space. Relax the contraction. The only thing stopping you is the habit of identifying with this place. But the place is in your mind and so is the door, and just a few step backwards leads to the Sky of Mind–the Big Space that contains this place, these thoughts and emotions. And it’s always wide open, always available. Step back. See for yourself… ❤

This unfortunately is the absolute mindset of too many. Too me it’s a confluence of could, might , should have, dam I wonder why I didn’t I do that. Failing is the mirror some just can’t address. They fail to see it a way to learn and grow. They continually cheat themselves. I will never ever understand this Bia. It’s the most important lesson they can’t seem to learn. Thank you Bia!🥰🥰🥰🥰
