Be Kind

In these toxic times, where the air is thick with the weight of careless words and demeaning comments, it is easy to lose sight of hope. The culture around us often feels like a storm of negativity, making it seem almost impossible to hold onto the light. Yet, it is in these very moments that our words hold the most power.

Even when policies or groups of individuals stir our emotions, we must tread carefully with the language we choose. Words matter. They can either build bridges or burn them, heal wounds or deepen them. History has shown us time and again that fear and negativity in our rhetoric only serve to perpetuate the cycle of despair.

If you find yourself scared, remember that being a good person means cushioning your words with hope. Let your speech be a beacon of kindness in the darkness. Negativity breeds more negativity, but kindness has the power to break the cycle.

So, be kind. Be kind. Be kind. The world is in desperate need of your kindness. Let your words be the seeds of hope that grow into a garden of change. 🌻🙏🏾❤️
